Compliance Training
We help small to medium sized companies provide the training their employees need to stay in compliance with regulatory agencies.
We do this by teaching the skill that moms and dads, husband and wives and people's children need to come home safe everyday.
So many accidents and injuries would be prevented with proper training. We make it easy for you to keep your most valuable asset your employees safe, health and happy.
Competency and Regulatory Training and Testing
We also provide training for industrial construction professionals to either pass regulatory tests or demonstrate journeyman competency.
So many companies provide the NCCER or NCCCO testing but not the training to pass these tests to the general public. We have both in person and online classes that are tailored to craft professionals.
If you can take a week long course that is great, but most people can't afford the cost of a week-long, in-person class and few of us can afford to miss a week or more of work.
We focus on crane operators, riggers, signal persons and safety professionals but we also provide classes to help other trades pass the NCCER assessment tests.

The Technical Staff
Our staff are people that have held a tool in their hand and know how to train craft professionals because we are craft professionals.
We speak the right language. So many trainers are wonderful people with fancy degrees but they don't speak our language and they don't understand us because they haven't worked out in the field.
We are both, we have worked in the field and have received degrees safety, engineering, and construction management.
Craft professionals typically haven't gone to college because we are hands on learners and we are doers. We try very hard to teach so that hands on learners can follow, enjoy and grow in.
Our Expertise
We have worked in the construction industry building many different types of buildings and facilities from homes to power plants.
We have worked shutdowns and capital projects in mines, power plants, factories and refineries. We have employees who have done both vertical and horizontal construction.
We also have employees who have worked in professional settings like banks and others who have worked in factories.
