MSHA Part 48A&B Surface and Underground Annual Refresher Class

The class is for those who work at both Underground (Part 48A) and at Surface (Part 48B) Mines and want both boxes checked on their annual refresher. This saves you both time and money from having to cover the overlapping information on both classes. This class takes 9 hours rather than 16. However it saves the employer from having to pay for two days of annual refresher to cover 1 additional hour of material.
